Kostas Verdis: Chief Executive Officer
Kostas brings 20 years banking experience in the London property market. His expertise lies in residential investment portfolios. He was previously a founding member of Citybank, Athens, and advisor to the Director General of ERT, the public television service of Greece. Kostas is a consultant to over one hundred international investors who have residential property assets in the prime central London area.
Fotini Verdis: Lettings Director
Fotini co-founded London Executive back in 1989. Over the last 20 years she has successfully managed and let over 3000 properties. Fotini heads a team of 4 letting negotiators and account managers.
Georges Verdis: Chief Operating Officer
Georges both oversees the day to day running of the business and introduces French speaking investors and tenants to prime London property. He takes investment in IT very seriously, and invests 5% of our annual turnover on new technology. Georges comes to London Executive with a hospital management training background.
Behm Edmonds: Web Editor
Behm arrived to London Executive in 2003 after spending six years in the hospitality industry. He is responsible for editing all our property particulars including virtual tours, photos and plans.
Laura Aymerich: Senior Property Negotiator
Laura is our point of contact for all our French and Spanish investors. Prior to joining London Executive she was a senior lettings negotiator in leading estate agencies in Paris and London.
